Support Technician - Essex - £16-£18k dependent on experience
You will be part of a highly skilled team of support professionals that have a focused approach to delivering exceptional customer service. You will be required to handle every support situation in the same way that you would expect if it were you calling in for assistance, plus a little more. Customer retention is one of the biggest drivers to the success of our client and this success is reliant on your professional approach. Must have a computer based accounting background, producing accounts up to trial balance. Experience running a computerised payroll system. You may have a qualification in book keeping or accountancy, however experience is also widely acknowledged. You will be very IT literate and will be an accomplished user of Microsoft Office. You will have build some simple databases or configured some simple macros.Your telephone skills and use of English (both verbal and written) will be excellent. and you must be well organised and reliable.
